How the process works -Steps to Listing with A Wicker Realty
1. Contact one of our agents by completing the contact us section or calling the office. (919.361.3064) We will schedule a meeting time to complete the listing forms and all required paperwork.
2. Your home will be listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) within 24-48 hours.
3. Buyers agents will contact A Wicker Realty with any questions about the property or to submit an offer.
4. We will handle the contract negotiations, counter offers, inspections and closing co-ordination.
